Golf Society Manager was created out of a genuine need. After 3 years of running Pin High Golf Society, our founder Michael Sellman experienced first-hand the challenges of organising competitions, tracking scores, managing handicaps and keeping members informed — all with spreadsheets, paper scorecards and group chats.
There had to be a better way. So he built one.
What started as a desktop application for Pin High Golf Society has grown into a fully featured cloud-based platform, purpose-built for golf societies of any size. Every feature in Golf Society Manager comes from real experience on real competition days.

It is powered by AI for intelligent course import — photograph a scorecard and the system reads all 18 holes instantly. The live public leaderboard updates every 30 seconds and can be displayed on any screen, including a clubhouse TV.
Your data is stored securely on dedicated servers with automated nightly backups. All competition results are archived permanently so your society's history is never lost.
